20 Days

Great day!!! Church was cool. It's always cool when people get real and talk about their faith. Two people got baptized - a 12 yr old girl and a woman from China. Very cool. They shared about how they came to believe in God.

It was the last day of my friend's visit, and it was great. Bittersweet. Time to leave but super that we reconnected. Probably won't see each other again during my "Terrific Thirties"....will need to get together in my "Fabulous Forties"!!

Speaking of fabulous forties...another friend of mine had his birthday this weekend (danny is the big 40), and we'll get together tomorrow night. He will fill me in on what I can expect.

And to catch up on yet ANOTHER forties dude, a group of us celebrated John's birthday (belated) tonight at Wagamamma's, thanks to the buy-1-get-1-free meal coupon from Kristin (aka woman that gets honked at when she borrows my SUV).

Very fun!!!

Oh, and the PATs beat the Dolpins handily today (48-28)...missed the game, but everyone in the town is starting to say, "Tom, who?"......Go Matt!!

(Don't worry, Tom, my mom still loves ya)
