It was a good Sunday!
I greeted with Margo at church, and there were some old friends who came (Bill and Josephine with kids in tow!) and some other friends who will be leaving soon for the holidays and not back until the New Year. Our small group had "clean up" duty after brunch, and while I stuck around to do it I think I managed to lift maybe two fingers. Seriously, I got to gabbing, and others got to working, and before I knew it, the place was cleaned. Wha-la! Best brunch clean up I've ever had. :)
After church I spent the afternoon doing really fun things like laundry, paying bills, going through a to-do list and cooking for the next couple of days. I made a fabulous Adobo Chicken (thanks, Chuck!). My rice cooker rocks!!!
Oh, while doing all of this I had the Patriots game on. Ouch. Clobbered by my second favorite team - the Steelers.
Going to sleep well tonight.
